After starting her real estate career at The Corcoran Group, Isil joined the Union Square office of Compass in May 2015. Founded in 2013, by Ori Allon—the former Director of Engineering for Twitter—and Robert Reffkin— formerly the Chief of Staff to the President and COO of Goldman Sachs, Compass strives to revolutionize the business of real estate landscape through a technology. Essentially to make "Compass" a verb akin to "Google" when it comes to the home buying process.


With staff engineers hailing from tech giants like Google, Twitter and Facebook, Compass has built an integrated platform to make the process of buying, selling and renting a home intelligent and seamless. 

With 30 offices across nine regions, Compass is now among the largest owned luxury brokerages, in the country’s most vibrant communities. Compass has raised $775 million in investments and is valued at $2.2 billion. The latest $450 million investment SoftBank will be used to continue growth, not only nationally, but on a global scale, while expecting to generate about $400 million in revenue this year and doubling it in 2018.
