Three years ago when I was considering joining Compass, I was introduced to Leslie Diamond, a rockstar agent who had joined Compass from Douglas Elliman. I was told that Leslie and I shared the same set of values, and I may find it useful to hear how her business was reaching new heights with Compass. Well, you all know what happened next... I promptly joined what was then a fledgling company as a pretty fledgling agent. But happily ever after just got happier: I am delighted to announce that Leslie -- someone I greatly admire for her infectious attitude and tenacious work ethic -- has joined my team! Leslie brings with her over ten years of real estate experience where she has distinguished herself for a truly client-centric approach. Leslie believes that listening is the key to an exceptional real estate experience, and she dedicates herself to understanding her client's goals to match them with the very best service and solution possible. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Leslie earned a BFA degree in Musical Theater from Kent State University. Upon graduation, she moved to New York City and worked in the retail, restaurant and entertainment industries, including performing nationally and internationally in the Broadway production of Rent. Leslie has lived in the Upper East Side, Washington Heights, East Village, and since 2012 in Dumbo with her husband Eugene and their son Lucas. And that's not all folks: A big welcome to Taylor Huxtable, our high-energy, creative, and dedicated new Marketing Associate! Taylor graduated from Fordham with a BA in Communications and Marketing and has a broad range of experience from event planning to social media campaigning, website design to brand marketing, and much more. With Compass's powerhouse marketing team as our tail-wind setting high standards, we can’t wait to see how Taylor innovates my team's marketing to provide even more customized service for our clients.
