The Isil Yildiz Team advises buyers and sellers across Manhattan and Brownstone Brooklyn, with particular expertise in co-ops, condos, townhouses, estate sales, pied-à-terres, and complex NYC transactions. Led by Yale graduate and former securities litigator Isil Yildiz, the team combines legal judgment, market strategy, negotiation experience, and deep neighborhood knowledge to help clients make smart real estate decisions in New York City.

Isil Yildiz
Isil Yildiz is a seasoned New York City real estate advisor with over a dozen years of experience guiding buyers and sellers across Manhattan and Brooklyn. She is known for her deep market knowledge, strategic insight, exceptional negotiation skills, and expertise in navigating co-op board applications and approvals.
Before real estate, Isil practiced law for six years as a white collar criminal defense and securities litigator. That experience continues to shape how she advises clients today, bringing analytical rigor, risk assessment, meticulous attention to detail, and tenacious advocacy to every transaction. She works with a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers to seasoned investors, guiding them through competitive purchases, complex negotiations, estate sales, and strategic pricing decisions.
Originally from Turkey and raised in Texas, Isil earned a BA in Political Science from Yale University and a law degree from The University of Texas before building her career in New York City. Her legal background remains a cornerstone of her practice, informing her approach to negotiation, deal structuring, and client advocacy.
An Upper East Side resident, Isil has particular expertise in the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Downtown Manhattan, and Brownstone Brooklyn, with extensive experience across co-ops, condos, townhouses, and complex transactions.

As an early member of the Isil Yildiz Team, Isabel oversees market research, data analysis, and operational strategy. She has been instrumental in developing the systems and processes that support the team's advisory approach and is known for her thoughtful, client-centered style and attention to detail.
Originally from Northern California, Isabel moved to New York City to attend Columbia University and has called the city home ever since. Having lived across Manhattan and Brooklyn, she brings both analytical insight and firsthand knowledge of the city's housing markets to every client relationship.
Before joining real estate, Isabel was an instructor at SoulCycle, where she developed the communication and client-focused approach that continue to define her work today.
