Isil Yildiz
Originally from Turkey, Isil grew up in Texas, but always dreamed of living in New York. After earning a BA in Political Science from Yale University and a law degree from The University of Texas, Isil moved to her dream city to practice law. After six years as a litigator, Isil left the law to help people make their homes in her adopted city and guide them through the most important purchase of their lives. The Isil Yildiz Team is now ranked among NYC top 150 small teams and 1.5% of all real estate agents/teams nationally. They have closed over 150+ sales transactions totaling over $200 million across Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Isil, her husband Bill, and their two children live in Gramercy, after stints in Cobble Hill, Nolita, the West Village, and Union Square. Isil is an active Yale alumna, serving as Class Secretary of Yale College Class of 2004 and is a long-term leader at Yale.NYC, Yale University’s largest regional alumni club, serving 18,000+ alumni across NYC and Long Island.

As an early member of the Isil Yildiz Team, Isabel was instrumental in shaping the team's approach to market research and marketing systems. Isabel is the ultimate data whiz, providing much of the market analysis for the team. A native of Northern California, Isabel moved to New York City to attend Columbia University, and has been a New Yorker ever since. She has lived all over the city and has a passion for working closely with clients to find them the perfect home. Isabel is a former fitness instructor who taught at SoulCycle for many years, and her dedication to health and wellness continues to be an important part of her life.
Mae Spencer

Mae is a seasoned marketing professional with a strong background in real estate sales. Within the team, Mae plays a pivotal role in overseeing and executing strategic marketing initiatives for all listings and actively contributes to team branding efforts.
