​We hope you are enjoyed the beautiful weather last week and the more seasonal temps this week. Central Park is in full bloom, and the Upper East and West Sides have been out in full force, with cafes and streets feeling especially lively.

 

As many of you know, this is my first Spring as an official Upper East Sider (although my son has been in school here since 2024), and I have been so excited to discover all of the great things about this area. I'm looking forward to sharing some of my discoveries with you as well as providing you with specific market information relating to the Upper East and Upper West Sides.
